According to the New England Real Estate Journal, Murphy Distributors has leased a 14,000-square-foot industrial building at 167 Commerce St., East Haven to support its statewide expansion. The property includes 11,700 square feet of warehouse space and 2,300 square feet of finished office space on a 1.35-acre parcel in a light industrial zone.
