Nearly 145,000SF Warehouse Proposed in Manchester

According to the Patch, a new 144,074-square-foot warehouse and distribution center has been proposed for a parcel of land at 71 & 81 Commerce Road in Manchester, near Interstate 291. The plans include parking and docks around the perimeter of the property. Applications have been submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a special exception, an erosion and sedimentation control plan, and a wetlands permit.
