New Haven Bioscience Center Signs 3 New Tenants

According to the Hartford Business Journal, the Elm City Bioscience Center at 55 Church St., New Haven has welcomed three new tenants: XingImaging LLC, Revalia Bio Inc., and General Biological Corp., occupying nearly 40,000 square feet of the building’s 113,600 square feet. The property, owned by The Hurley Group, has undergone a transformation since 2021 to meet the demand of the bioscience industry, with over half the space dedicated to lab facilities. The center offers lab suites for biotech companies and currently has 18,000 square feet available for lease.
