New Haven Industrial Property Sold for $1.4M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 15,000-square-foot industrial building at 439 Ella Grasso Blvd. in New Haven has been sold by 439 Ella Grasso Blvd LLC to Fitz Sons LLC for $1.4 million. The building, previously home to Lisy’s Discount Furniture store, will now be used for a contractor supply business.
