Norwalk approves 600-unit self-storage project at former Pepperidge Farm site

According to the Hartford Business Journal, TVG Partners has received approval to develop a 600-unit self-storage facility at 595 Westport Ave., Norwalk, on the site of a former 118,100-square-foot Pepperidge Farm office and factory. The 6.53-acre property, which includes 25,362 square feet of office space and 85,456 square feet of manufacturing space, was previously used by Pepperidge Farm until its closure in 2023.
