Norwalk Office Building Once Sold for $16.5M Trades Again for $5.5M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 191,128-square-foot office building at 535 Connecticut Ave. in Norwalk, built in 1988 and sitting on 1.71 acres, was sold for $5.9 million earlier this month. The property, previously purchased for $16.5 million in 2018 by Hanover Real Estate Partners, was acquired by 535 Norwalk LLC and Five Hundred Thirty Five Norwalk LLC.
