NY Investor to Invest Up to $1.75M in Upgrades for South Windsor Warehouse

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a New York-based investment company plans to spend up to $1.75 million on renovations for a 112,000-square-foot warehouse located at 555 Nutmeg Road North, South Windsor. The property, bought by Snowball Developments, requires upgrades to its loading access, expansion of parking, and outdoor storage to accommodate its tenant, U.S. Autoforce. Snowball also aims to demolish a 3,010-square-foot section of the building, add seven new loading docks, and create additional parking for trailers and cars.
