NY Investor’s Central CT Acquisitions Grow with $2.7M Waterbury Deal
According to the Hartford Business Journal, a New York-based real estate investor recently continued his buying spree in central Connecticut by purchasing five apartment buildings for $2.75 million at 15, 26, 27, 34, and 42 Judith Lane in Waterbury. These buildings are about 50 years old, consist of eight units each, and are situated on one-third acre lots each. The investor had previously bought properties in the area, including a $1.4 million building at 1054 Bank St. and a $3.75 million purchase of a 60-unit building at 28 Scovill St. in Waterbury. This series of purchases highlights a growing trend among investors eyeing central Connecticut’s real estate market.
