NY retail property group completes acquisition of Buckland Hills shopping center

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Namdar Realty Group has acquired The Shoppes at Buckland Hills mall in Manchester for $25.8 million. The 1.3-million-square-foot shopping center, which has faced tenant losses and foreclosure since 2021, was purchased under the name Buckland Nassim LLC. The sale includes roughly half of the 115-acre mall property, with separately owned outparcels housing a hotel and several restaurants
