Pawtucket’s Blackstone Distribution Center breaks ground after years of planning

According to the Providence Business News, construction has begun on the Blackstone Distribution Center, a 160,000-square-foot last-mile logistics facility located at 1 Moshassuck St. in Pawtucket, approximately three miles north of downtown Providence. The project, led by JK Equities LLC, follows years of local debate and is supported by state financial incentives. The site is being redeveloped to serve the growing demand for e-commerce and distribution infrastructure in the region.
