Pennsylvania-based heat treating provider expands into New England with Berlin acquisition

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a Pennsylvania-based company specializing in vacuum heat treating has purchased a 29,504-square-foot industrial building at 190 New Park Drive in Berlin for $2.35 million. The property, built in 1976 on 4.3 acres, was sold by 15 Valmar LLC, which had previously used the site for manufacturing operations.
