Potential $1.5M Sale of Manchester Building Housing Gallery, Coworking Spaces Under Review

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Manchester officials are considering selling a 15,730-square-foot building at 901 Main St. for $1.51 million to ARSOME Technology. The building, which sits on nearly two-tenths of an acre, currently hosts a town-run art gallery and coworking space known as WORK_SPACE. ARSOME Technology plans to turn the coworking space into a business accelerator while maintaining existing memberships and potentially using some of the space for their operations.
