The property, which includes 0.92 acres of land, hosts several healthcare tenants such as NorthMain Radiation Oncology and University Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Sold by Beacon Realty Co. LLC and bought by EGMP 825 N Main LLC, the building is located in a C-2 commercial zone near the Branch Avenue exit on Interstate 95. This property, constructed in 1960, was most recently valued at $2.57 million by Providence property assessors.
