Retail Plaza in Guilford Sells for $26.5M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, According to the Hartford Business Journal, the Guilford Commons Plaza on Boston Post Road was sold for $26.5 million to HRP LLC and Haverford Retail Partners. The property spans 27.8 acres with 129,252 square feet of retail space. The sale included three buildings at 1919 Boston Post Road and one at 1960 Boston Post Road, with the largest building selling for $13 million.
