Rocky Hill Office Building Sold for $4M, Set for Residential Conversion
According to the Hartford Business Journal, Staypoint Properties and a group of investors purchased a 2.58-acre property at 1344-1360 Silas Deane Highway in Rocky Hill for $4 million. The property includes an 83,392-square-foot office building, a 3,060-square-foot fast-food building, and a cellular communications tower. The new owners plan to convert the office building into 70 to 75 apartments, with an estimated project cost of $12 million.
