The Ruby Rd. site in Willington presented unique challenges with its hilly terrain. Our SC Construction Management team expertly graded the land, transforming what was once a series of hills into a flat, ready-to-build site. This critical step has paved the way for the installation of solar arrays, a significant milestone in this project.

Key Achievements

• Site Grading: Over 4,000 cubic yards of fill were delivered to the site—equivalent to around 200 truckloads. This massive earthwork effort has been key to preparing the site for further development.
• Storm Water Detention System: A state-of-the-art storm water detention system has been installed. This system ensures that all stormwater from the site is efficiently collected and dissipated into the ground, reflecting our commitment to responsible site management.
