Shopping Plaza in Farmington Sells for $1.87M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 9,090-square-foot shopping center on 2.5 acres in Farmington was sold for $1.87 million. The property at 2 Spring Lane was sold by Spring Plaza LLC to Spring Lane Plaza LLC, with both entities listing Farmington addresses. The plaza houses five retail tenants.
