Stamford property sold for $1.5M as First County Bank offloads former branch

According to the Hartford Business Journal, First County Bank has sold its former Stamford branch building at 275 Hope St. for $1.5 million to Keeper II Stamford LLC, an entity controlled by Keeper Bay Fund II LP. The two-story, 4,189-square-foot property, purchased by the bank in 1996, was closed in March 2024 before being transferred to its new owner
