Torrington-based health provider acquires Waterbury office for $1.85M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, McCall Behavioral Health Network has purchased an 18,879-square-foot office building at 969 West Main St., Waterbury, for $1.85 million. The two-story brick structure, built over a century ago, was acquired from E and A Realty LLC, which had purchased it for $1.54 million in 2020. The property spans 1.12 acres and includes vacant land and a parking lot across multiple addresses.
