We are incredibly honored to share that Sentry Commercial was recognized as Industry Partner of the Year at the 2025 UConn Real Estate Center Awards Banquet — a proud moment that reflects the continued leadership and impact of Mark Duclos, SIOR and Chris Duclos.

Mark delivered remarks on behalf of Sentry Commercial, underscoring our commitment to the next generation of real estate professionals and the value of authentic industry-academic partnerships.

Also representing Sentry Commercial were Meagan Cordi, Stephanie Romano Shaw, CCIM, Larry Levere, SIOR, and Zachary Pasquin — all proud UConn alumni who exemplify the strength of the UConn-Sentry Commercial connection and continue to make an impact in the commercial real estate community.

To wrap up the night, Zach and Meagan gave Mark and Chris the full Husky experience by introducing them to Ted’s — a classic way to celebrate a job well done!
