Vacant Office Building in North Haven Slated for Apartments After Recent Sale

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a vacant 20,000-square-foot office building at 23 Maiden Lane in North Haven was sold for $1.275 million on New Year’s Eve. The buyer, Maiden Lane Properties LLC, plans to convert the building’s upper floors into approximately 20 apartments while maintaining the first floor for commercial use. The seller, Eitz Zayis CT LLC, had purchased the property in October 2021 for $1.65 million.
