Warehouse property in Warwick sells for $3.4M

According to the Providence Business News, Piedmont EG II LLC has purchased a 60,000-square-foot warehouse at 112 Telmore Road, Warwick for $3.4 million. The property, previously owned by Amalia Shevlin Fund LLC, includes 9.04 acres of land and a 2,000-square-foot office space. The building, constructed in 1994, features a pre-finished metal exterior, tin roof, and finished concrete interior.
