Watertown Industrial Property Sells for $2.7M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, WBCM LLC acquired a property at 1012 Buckingham St. in Watertown from Prime Engineered Components Inc. for $2.7 million. The property, spanning 37,400-square-feet of light industrial warehousing space on 6.6 acres, is situated in a key industrial area of Watertown. i2Systems, an advanced LED lighting company headquartered in Morris, is expected to utilize the new Watertown building for expansion, production, and warehousing, while maintaining its 64,000-square-foot headquarters at 355 Bantam Lake Road in Morris.
