Watertown Transfer Station Has Been Sold by the MIRA Dissolution Authority for $2.55M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, the MIRA Dissolution Authority has sold a 7,300-square-foot transfer station on Echo Lake Road in Watertown for $2.55 million to KR Watertwon Recycling LLC. This sale is part of a broader effort to liquidate assets, including properties in Hartford and Ellington. The Hartford properties for sale include a 92,616-square-foot recycling facility at 211 Murphy Road listed for $8.9 million and a 19,200-square-foot industrial building at 171 Murphy Road listed for $1 million. The Ellington property is a 10,280-square-foot former transfer station at 217 Sadds Mill Road.
