According to the NEREJ, an office building at 8 Lowell Rd. in West Hartford sold for $662,000. The property spans 3,552 square feet across three stories on 0.32 acres and was purchased by SSW Real Estate LLC. The new owner, operating as Stepping Stone Wealth, will relocate from their previous location at 57 N. Main St. in West Hartford.
