Wethersfield Retail Sites, Including Max Bibo’s and Vito’s, Sold for $3.25M and $2.9M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, two retail properties on Silas Deane Highway in Wethersfield recently sold for $3.25 million and $2.9 million. Wethersfield Plaza LLC purchased a 25,463-square-foot multi-tenant retail building at 675-687 Silas Deane Highway, while Centerco Wethersfield II LLC acquired a 13,900-square-foot building on 1.3 acres at 1100 Silas Deane Highway. The properties include tenants such as Max Bibo’s, Vito’s Restaurant, and Walgreens.
