Wilton office building sold for $13.1M after approval for 208-unit conversion

According to the Hartford Business Journal, ARC-AMS Wilton Owner LLC has acquired a 50,953-square-foot office building at 131 Danbury Road, Wilton for $13.1 million. The three-story structure, built in 1957 on a 4.74-acre parcel, was previously owned by FGI Wilton LLC. Wilton’s Planning and Zoning Commission approved a 208-unit apartment conversion for the site in May 2024, with an amendment granted in April 2025.
