Window-and-Door Manufacturer Opens 185,600-Sq.-Ft. Distribution Center in Windsor

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Marvin has opened a new 185,600-square-foot distribution center at 205 Baker Hollow Road in Windsor, Connecticut. This facility, developed by Condyne Capital Partners LLC, replaces Marvin’s former 48,105-square-foot property in Enfield, which was sold for $5 million. The new center aims to enhance distribution efficiency and create additional jobs in the region.
