Windsor Locks site targeted for 881,500 sq. ft. warehouse development

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Scannell Properties has proposed two industrial warehouses totaling 881,500 square feet on a 76-acre site at the corner of Old County Road and Route 20 in Windsor Locks. The first phase includes a 387,500-square-foot warehouse, followed by a 494,000-square-foot facility, with construction expected to begin next year and completion projected between 2026 and 2027.
