Windsor manufacturing facility changes hands in $12.33M deal

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 124,560-square-foot light manufacturing building at 601 Marshall Phelps Road in Windsor has been sold for $12.33 million. The single-story industrial property, built in 1981 on 40.5 acres, was purchased by New Mountain Capital from TPG Angelo Gordon, which had acquired it for $9.95 million in 2018.
