According to the Hartford Business Journal, Fusco Harbour Associates LLC sold the 418,595-square-foot office property at 555 and 585 Long Wharf Drive in New Haven to 555 Long Wharf LLC for $11.1 million. The new owner plans to maintain the building as Class A office space and invest in improvements such as elevator modernization and enhanced common areas. The property, built in 1985, includes a 1,700-space parking garage and sits along Interstate 95. The sale was part of a limited warranty deed in lieu of foreclosure filed on October 16.
