According to the Hartford Business Journal, Kansas-based Enjet Aero completed a $6.3 million sale-leaseback of a 66,000-square-foot industrial building at 41 Progress Drive in Manchester. The building, situated on 5.4 acres, was sold to Eastern Real Estate, a Boston-based realty investment and development firm. Enjet Aero has signed a 10-year lease with options for two five-year extensions and plans to invest the liquidity from the sale into its facilities to meet growing demand.
