According to the Hartford Business Journal, international manufacturing company Aalberts Surface Technologies has signed a lease to occupy a 199,000-square-foot building at 1 Hamilton Road in Windsor Locks. The property, purchased by SL Industrial Partners for $1.9 million in 2021, is being converted into light manufacturing space. Aalberts has signed a 10-year lease with options to extend and plans to move in by the first quarter of next year.
