According to the Hartford Business Journal, Sabatino, a West Haven-based truffle company, has opened a new 125,000-square-foot distribution center at 135 Front Ave., expanding its warehouse capacity by 40%. The facility will handle production, packaging, and shipping of truffle products, incorporating automation technology to enhance efficiency. The company plans to hire more positions in 2025 to support further growth and has also opened its first retail location at New York City’s Grand Central Terminal.
