According to the Hartford Business Journal, Brooklyn-based Snowball Developments acquired two South Windsor warehouses for $45.12 million. The first property, located at 301 Governors Highway, includes a 507,000-square-foot warehouse on 35 acres and was purchased for $27.85 million from Macy’s Logistics LLC. The second property, at 1640 John Fitch Blvd., features a 257,000-square-foot warehouse on 12 acres and was sold for $17.27 million.
