According to the Hartford Business Journal, Altatwo Realty Co. LLC is planning a 200,000-square-foot warehouse at 250 Rye St., South Windsor. The proposed warehouse will be built on a 16-acre property, requiring the fill of 2,512 square feet of wetlands and the creation of 5,000 square feet of new wetlands. The site will share a driveway with an existing 182,855-square-foot warehouse at 300 Rye St. that is owned by Alta Realty Co. and currently houses a glass recycling center operated by Strategic Materials Inc.
