According to the Hartford Business Journal, Torrington-based RJB Contracting sold its former headquarters at 588 Winsted Road to C.H. Nickerson & Co. for $1.97 million. The property includes a 14,640-square-foot light industrial building on 3.4 acres. C.H. Nickerson plans to use the building for vehicle maintenance and storage, relocating these operations from its main campus in Torrington.
