January set a strong foundation for the year at Sentry Commercial. This month’s newsletter highlights the work, people, and moments that shaped the start of 2026 across our platform.

We released our 2025 Year-End Market Report, where we break down industrial, office, construction, and property management performance across our key markets. This report remains one of the most comprehensive views of what’s happening in our region and why it matters for the year ahead.

We also marked one year since Commercial Development Company officially joined Sentry Commercial, and recognized the continued leadership and impact of Michael Romano within our construction team.

Over at The REC Hartford, we hosted the Junior League of Hartford’s Women in the Arts panel and welcomed the UConn Center for Real Estate for their annual networking reception—two events that really highlight what The REC is all about: connection, conversation, and community.

Behind the scenes, our leadership team held our annual EOS L10 session to align on vision and priorities for 2026, followed by a series of AI breakout meetings led by our internal AI Squad to support smarter, more intentional workflows.

We also welcomed Vincent Gambucci to our Property Management Division and shared a powerful client testimonial recognizing the professionalism and integrity of Marcel Coronel.
