Stephanie Romano Shaw, CCIM serves as Director of Brokerage for Sentry Commercial Brokerage & Advisory, where she is responsible for leading the firm’s brokerage platform, agent development, training initiatives, and strategic growth efforts.

A respected commercial real estate advisor with extensive experience in industrial, commercial, and investment real estate, Stephanie has built her career on creating value for clients through thoughtful analysis, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of Connecticut’s commercial real estate market. Her collaborative approach, leadership skills, and commitment to excellence have made her a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.

In her role as Director of Brokerage, Stephanie works closely with brokers across the organization to support professional development, strengthen best practices, enhance client service standards, and help guide the next generation of commercial real estate professionals at Sentry Commercial.

Stephanie is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee and remains highly active within the CCIM community. She is a Past President of the Connecticut CCIM Chapter and currently serves in a regional leadership capacity, contributing to the advancement of commercial real estate education and professional standards throughout the industry.

A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Sciences with a concentration in Health Promotion and a minor in Psychology. She is also an entrepreneur, commercial real estate professional, and real estate investor with a passion for continuous learning and personal growth.

Outside of the office, Stephanie’s greatest priorities are her family and community. She enjoys reading, exploring art and cinema, discovering new restaurants, and embracing a little friendly competition whenever the opportunity arises. She resides on the Connecticut shoreline with her husband, Chris, and their son, Jude.
