According to the Hartford Business Journal, LNG Investments LLC, operating as Ercolano Cleaning and Restoration, purchased a commercial property at 3 Powdered Metals Road in North Haven for $3 million from Chedvah Enterprises Inc. and 800 OP Residence LLC. The new location, an industrial warehouse built in 1989, spans 28,160 square feet and sits on nearly 2 acres. This move will provide more space for the company’s operations, including employees, equipment, and trucks, as they relocate from New Haven. The property will serve as the new corporate headquarters and central distribution center for Ercolano Cleaning, which has been in business for over 40 years.
