According to the Hartford Business Journal, Atlas Capital Group has proposed a two-story data center totaling over 1 million square feet on a 44.5-acre site at 132 Griffin Road North in Bloomfield. The facility would include approximately 900,000 square feet of data processing space, a 127,000-square-foot open-air substation, and supporting areas such as office, storage, and loading zones. Plans feature dual access points, rooftop chillers, generator yards for emergency backup, and 42 parking spaces to accommodate roughly 40 employees.
