According to the Hartford Business Journal, a one-story, 2,709-square-foot building at 1643 Post Road in Fairfield was purchased for $2.6 million and is slated to become a new credit union branch. The property, built in 1972 and formerly occupied by a national bank, was appraised at $2.45 million and assessed at $1.72 million in 2024.
