According to the Hartford Business Journal, a Florida-based investor acquired a 4,686-square-foot commercial building at 1045 Kennedy Road in Windsor for $2.6 million. The property, situated on 1.5 acres, is currently leased to a major financial institution under a triple-net agreement.
