According to the Hartford Business Journal, Mohawk Northeast acquired a 5.3-acre trucking terminal property at 130 Canal Street in Southington from New Penn Motor Express LLC for $2.8 million. The site includes a 19,972-square-foot building constructed in 1986 with 14-foot wall heights, and is now being used for equipment storage and parking.
