According to the Hartford Business Journal, 595 Westport LLC purchased the former Pepperidge Farm factory at 595 Westport Avenue in Norwalk for $11 million, well below its 2023 appraisal of $20.4 million. The 6.53-acre site includes a 118,100-square-foot, three-story factory building, multiple auxiliary structures, and 411 parking spaces. The buyer, TVG Partners, received city approval to redevelop the property into a three-story self-storage facility while retaining existing office space.
