According to the Hartford Business Journal, Julian Enterprises acquired three commercial properties along Danbury Road in Wilton for a combined $15.3 million. The largest is an 80,980-square-foot, two-story office building at 372 Danbury Road on 5.95 acres, purchased for $13.7 million from Wilton GSE LLC. The other two properties include a 5,700-square-foot building at 378 Danbury Road bought for $800,000, and a 2,600-square-foot structure at 380 Danbury Road, both situated on adjacent parcels totaling 1.2 acres.
