According to the Hartford Business Journal, 300 West Main Street LLC purchased a 10,000-square-foot commercial building at 300 West Main Street in Avon for $1.9 million from a West Hartford-based LLC. The two-story structure, built in 1965, sits on 1.1 acres and includes vacant restaurant space on the ground floor with offices above.
