According to the Hartford Business Journal, V2 Capital Shelton LLC, affiliated with Westport-based V2 Capital Management, acquired the Hampton Inn Shelton for $17.5 million. The six-story, 84,000-square-foot hotel at 695 Bridgeport Avenue sits on 3.06 acres and includes 125 rooms. The property was previously purchased in 2022 by 695 Bridgeport Hotel LLC for $10.5 million and was assessed this year at $5.21 million.
