According to the New England Real Estate Journal, JK Equities has broken ground on the Blackstone Distribution Center, a 160,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility located at 1 Moshassuck Street in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The project sits on a strategically positioned site near I-95 and includes 25 loading docks, 28 trailer stalls, over 100 parking spaces, and an acre of outdoor storage. It is designed to accommodate tenants needing between 50,000 and 160,000 square feet.
