According to the Hartford Business Journal, Prestige Management LLC, Azura CT1 Holdings LLC, and a Brooklyn-based investor jointly acquired two office buildings at 360 and 384 Merrow Road in Tolland for $6 million. The properties, built in the late 1980s, total 33,126 square feet and sit on 11.6 acres. One building spans 27,668 square feet and contains 12 office units, while the other is 5,458 square feet with five units. The seller was T & S of CT LLC.
